VEGAN GALETS SOUP

Ingredients:
  • Soup:

    2 leeks
    1 turnip
    A few collard greens A celery stick
    1 onion
    1 liter of water

     

    Vegan Meatballs
    Galets

Preparation:

Put all the clean and peeled vegetables in a casserole with the water and cook for 1 hour.

Strain the broth and reserve (we can save the vegetables to make a puree).

Fill the galets with the meatballs, so that they are tight.

Place the stuffed galets in the casserole with the broth and cook for about 10 min.

Serve hot.
